Registration for the 2023 PAIU Annual Conference, May 31 to June 2 at Kalahari, will open in January 2023

The Pennsylvania Association of Intermediate Units’ Annual Conference provides professional development and networking opportunities to over 300 senior-level IU leaders annually. The 2023 PAIU Annual Conference will be held at Kalahari Resort in Pocono Manor, PA from May 31st to June 2nd, 2023.

Tentative Available 2023 Sponsorship Options:

Conference Gold Sponsor: $12,000
As a Gold Sponsor, you will have the opportunity to fully engage with IU leaders throughout the conference, and to present your company’s products and partnership opportunities to IU Executive Directors. Specifically, your Conference Gold Sponsorship includes the following:

  • A 15-minute presentation to the 29 IU executive directors at one of their monthly meetings during the 2023-24 school year
  • Signage and "rolling slides" in the primary meeting spaces at the conference with constant company logo visibility, and introduction at the opening dinner session
  • Your company logo on the PAIU Conference web page with recognition as a Conference Gold Sponsor
  • Full access to all PAIU Conference sessions including all meals for up to four (4) company representatives
  • One Exhibitor Table in a premium location

        Throughout this conference, opportunities are provided for IU participants to interact with PAIU business partners and visit their exhibit tables located in the exhibit hall.  These 6-foot tables will be in ideal locations to foster this interaction.  Electricity and wireless internet access are provided. Exhibitor table fee includes all meals/receptions for ONE company representative for the duration of the conference ($250 charge for each additional representative attending).

        Exhibit set-up will be Wednesday, May 31st from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
