The Pennsylvania Association of Intermediate Units’ Student Service Conference will provide professional learning to over 250 Intermediate Unit and School District administrators, program directors and teachers in the areas of special education, gifted education, ESL programming, mental health intervention, crisis preparedness and more.
The 2018 Student Services Conference theme is “Stand up for Children.” The conference will feature dynamic keynote presenters as well as powerful breakout sessions facilitated by our education leaders from across the Commonwealth.
The Conference Planning Committee invites you to participate in multiple ways. Each option is designed to offer exhibitors prime advertisements while providing meaningful information to conference participants.
Conference Platinum Sponsors Cost: $5,000
Conference Platinum Sponsorship is the highest level of sponsorship available at the PAIU Student Services Conference. As a Platinum Sponsor, you will have the opportunity to fully engage with conference attendees throughout the conference. Specifically, your Conference Platinum Sponsorship includes the following:
- Signage at the conference with constant company logo visibility at the opening dinner session.
- Your company logo on the Student Services Conference webpage with recognition as a Conference Platinum Sponsor.
- Full access to all Student Services Conference sessions including all meals for up to four (4) company representatives.
- One Exhibitor Table in a premium location.

Throughout the conference several meals and receptions are provided to conference participants. Below is a listing of these sponsorships and details of the benefits for sponsorship. (Note: sponsorships at $1,500 and up include an exhibit table)
There are several other opportunities to support the PAIU conference and gain constant visibility of your logo or organizational name throughout the conference.

Vendors are able to exhibit at the conference for a fee of $750 (plus $50 for electric, if desired). An exhibit table includes one six-foot skirted table and one particpant registration (additional participants are an additional $175).
