IMPORTANT NOTICES:
Upon arrival at Kalahari, "remote" hotel room check-in* will be available in the Kalahari Lounge of the Convention Center (near conference registration during the following hours:
- Tuesday, 5/30: 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm
- Wednesday, 5/31: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
*Outside of those days/times, hotel pre-registration for check-in begins at 4:00 pm at the Resort Front Desk. You'll receive a text when your room is ready. Check-out is no later than 11:00 am. After check-out, you may enjoy the waterpark until 3:00 pm.
Kalahari Resorts does not accept completed Letters of Authorization forms, Tax Exemption forms, or Purchase Orders to be submitted at hotel check-in. These forms should be submitted ASAP, no later than 7 days (14 days recommended) in advance to dellscallcenterfax@kalahariresorts.com or fax to 608-254-6116. Failure to follow this procedure may result in full room and tax charges to the attendees, as Front Desk staff will not accept these forms at check-in.
You will need a credit card (with CVV code) to hold a room. Your credit card will be charged the first night's stay ($189) as a deposit, with the balance charged at checkout.
Room reservations must be made directly with Kalahari Resorts to take advantage of the PAIU group rate. Group rate is not available through third party travel sites.
Cancellation policy: Reservations canceled 72 hours or more prior to the date of arrival receive a refund of the deposit, minus a $30 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled within 72 hours of the date of arrival forfeit the entire deposit of first night's room and tax.
