2023 PAIU CONFERENCE REGISTRATION CLOSED: IU STAFF

The Pennsylvania Association of Intermediate Units (PAIU) invites you to join your IU colleagues at the 2024 PAIU Annual Conference at Kalahari Resort, Pocono Manor from May 29 to 31, 2024. Registration opens in early February 2024.

To register for the conference as an attendee, you must be an IU employee and log in to your PAIU account when prompted. If you are not sure, enter your email address and click on "Forgot password." If you are in our system, you will get an automated reset option.  If not, click here to create an account* (IU staff only).  *Please allow up to 24 hours for your account to be activated in order to register.

Full Registration: $335 per person

One Day-Wednesday: $225  | One Day-Thursday: $250

Note: The registration fee includes all educational sessions, materials and the meals/receptions listed on the schedule. It does NOT cover lodging, travel or other expenses. Please contact Kalahari Resorts directly to make hotel reservations.

FEES:

The full conference registration fee is $335 per person; this includes meals, receptions, keynote & breakout sessions and Act 48 credits (if PPID is supplied during registration). One-day registration options: Wednesday: $225; or Thursday: $250.

If you are enrolled in the upcoming 2023-2024 Aspiring Leaders Program cohort, you can attend for free (please register using that option to avoid receiving an invoice); please select the mandatory Wednesday "2023-24 New Aspiring Leaders Orientation" session when you register (DO NOT REGISTER FOR THE THURSDAY AFTERNOON 2022-23 ASPIRING LEADER COHORT WRAP-UP SESSION). Note: The free conference registration does NOT cover lodging, travel or other expenses.

Current (2022-23) and prior Aspiring Leaders cohorts must register at the full registration fee; please be sure to select the Thursday afternoon "2022-23 Aspiring Leaders: Wrap-up & Debrief" session when you register (open only to the current, 2022-23 cohort). CANCELLATION POLICY:

A registered conference attendee may, upon written request (email Michele Clancy) receive a full refund of a paid registration fee as long as the request is received by the PAIU office by Friday April 28, 2023. NO refunds will be granted for requests received AFTER April 28th, since PAIU becomes liable for costs after guaranteed counts (based on the number of registered attendees) are provided to the venue. SUBSTITUTIONS ARE ENCOURAGED.

NO-SHOWS THAT HAVE REGISTERED BUT HAVE NOT PAID ARE STILL LIABLE FOR THE REGISTRATION FEE. A REGISTERED ATTENDEE WHO DOES NOT CANCEL IS STILL LIABLE FOR THE REGISTRATION FEE.

Attendees are also responsible for cancelling or amending their own hotel reservations.
