The inaugural PASS Conference will provide networking opportunities with approximately 200 school district and intermediate unit staff members that work in school safety and security.

Registration Deadline: February 12, 2026

Late registration: Starting on February 13, registration will incur a $50 late fee.

Sponsorship Options*:

• A 10-15 minute presentation to the PA School Safety & Security Job Alike group at one of their monthly meetings during the 2026-27 school year
• Prominent logo placement on PAIU PASS Conference webpages, printed program materials and signage at the Conference, with company sponsorship/logo visibility via "rolling slides" in onsite conference meeting spaces
• Full access to all PAIU PASS Conference sessions including all meals/receptions for up to four (4) company representatives
• One Exhibitor Table in a prime location in the exhibit hall

School Safety Event Sponsor (includes exhibit table): $5,000

Exhibitor Only - Special Introductory Rate: $1,999

Throughout this conference, opportunities are provided for participants to interact with PAIU business partners and visit their exhibit booths located in the combined ballroom space where general session/meals and exhibit tables will be located.

There are several other opportunities to support the PAIU PASS Conference and gain constant visibility for your organization/branding throughout the conference (includes one exhibit table):

• Conference Tote Bag Sponsor (branding printed on front): $2,599
• "Swag" Gift Bag Sponsor (provide branded item(s) for tote bags): $2,199

Exhibitor/Sponsorship fees includes all meals/receptions for ONE company representative for the duration of the conference ($499 charge for each additional representative attending - please note on registration form).

The Penn Stater will only accept shipments within four (4) business days of the start of the event, between the hours of 7:00am—3:00pm EST, or additional charges may apply.

Exhibitor Tear Down may begin at Noon on Friday, 3/13.

Accommodations: The group hotel room rate at the The Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center is $162/night plus applicable taxes. Guests may either contact Central Reservations directly by calling 1-814-863-5050 and referencing the Group Code (PAIU26C) or book online at the group rate prior to February 11, 2026.
