Every year, more than 52,000 educators are trained by intermediate units through various forms of professional development. As the statewide association of intermediate units, PAIU supports and expands upon professional development efforts by offering the PAIU Annual Conference, legislative advocacy guidance and development, and various conferences and learning opportunities aimed at assisting IU leaders and staff in performing their specific roles.
