2026 PAIU Annual Conference Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration Now Open!

The Pennsylvania Association of Intermediate Units 2026 Annual Conference brings together over 365 leaders from the Commonwealth's 29 Intermediate Units from May 20-22, 2026 at the Hershey (PA) Lodge. We have a number of sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities available, listed on the registration page.

Sponsor/Exhibitor fees include all meals/receptions for ONE company representative for the duration of the conference, starting with Wednesday's reception/dinner ($499 charge for each additional representative attending; please note number/names of additional attendees on your registration form). Check or ACH payment of sponsorship/exhibitor fees is due upon receipt of the system-generated email invoice received after registering, and must be paid in full prior to Monday, April 20th. Non-payment of sponsor/exhibitor fees by 4/20 will forfeit registration. We are not able to process credit card payments at this time.
